Description
Authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Berlin, in the amount of $6,666,667 to finance the Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Phase 2B project. Effective upon G&C approval. 83% Clean Water State Revolving, 17% Capital (General) Funds. (2)Further authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement (originally approved by G&C on 6-4-08, item #58), at the request of the City of Berlin, to decrease funding by $4,466,667 from $15,000,000 to $10,533,333. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Repayment Account Funds.
