Authorize the Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing Home Administrators, Board of Podiatry, Board of Optometry, Board of Dental Examiners and Office of Allied Health Professionals to enter into a sole source holdover amendment with McCarthy Properties, Wareham, MA, for office space housing the six boards, comprised of 3,500 square feet, Concord, NH, by increasing the amount not to exceed $50,166.72 from $259,000.32 to $309,167.04, and by extending the lease from July 1, 2012 through October 31, 2013. 99% General, 1% Other (Impaired Physician Program/Xeroxing Fees) Funds.
