Authorize the Division of Fire Safety to retroactively enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Division of Fire Standards and Training and EMS in the amount of $50,000 for the continued statewide hazardous material required training. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
