Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to transfer a 1.87+/- acre parcel of land located along NH Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike in the Town of Newington, to the City of Portsmouth, in exchange for a 1.93 acre parcel of land along the NH Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike in Newington as part of the Newington-Dover 11238 project. Effective upon G&C approval. No Cost transaction.
