Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Northeast Earth Mechanics Inc., Pittsfield, NH, for replacement of 1.3 miles of median box beam guardrail with median barrier located along the F.E. Everett Turnpike (I-293) in Bedford and Manchester, on the basis of a low bid of $1,577,907. Effective upon G&C approval through September 28, 2012. 100% Turnpike Funds.
