Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, for resurfacing of approximately 23.4 miles in District V and in Hillsborough, Merrimack and Rockingham Counties and reclaiming approximately 1.6 miles of West Road in Canterbury, on the basis of a low bid of $1,683,575. Effective upon G&C approval through September 28, 2012. 100% Betterment Funds.
