Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Maternal and Child Health Section to enter into an agreement with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, Dover, NH, to provide home visiting services to pregnant women in accordance with the Healthy Families America model, in an amount not to exceed $232,821. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
