Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds. #53 Authorize to retroactively amend the sole source Joint Funding Agreement with the US Geological Survey, Pembroke, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 3-17-11, item #72), to provide technical assistance in assessing transport processes and potential geochemical reactions controlling arsenic concentrations in groundwater at the Auburn Road Landfill Superfund Site in Londonderry, NH, by increasing the amount of $92,085 from $74,900 to $166,985. Effective January 31, 2012 through March 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
