Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Newfields Village Water & Sewer District in the amount of $15,000 toward the purchase and installation of a back-up power generator at the Hervey Court Wastewater Treatment Facility. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
