Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into an agreement with the City of Lebanon, to update the community’s Local Emergency Operations Plan and to update the infrastructure of their Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $5,250. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
