Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into an agreement with the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, to provide planning assistance to four communities with their local hazard mitigation plans, for a total amount of $20,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 18, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
