Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 2.49 acre parcel of State owned land located in the Town of Chichester to Eddie Watson for $50,000 plus a $1,100 Administrative Fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate CB Richard Ellis – New England from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $3,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
