Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, to perform a system planning study to examine turnpike transportation system upgrades along three miles of the F.E. Everett Turnpike (I-293) through Exits 6 and 7 in the City of Manchester, in an amount not to exceed $883,591. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2013. 100% Turnpike Funds.
