Description
Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the Lake Winnipesaukee Association, Meredith, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/7/22, Item #66), for implementation of the Moultonborough Bay and Winter Harbor Management Plan project by changing the project objective from installation of stormwater best management practices at three sites to collaborate the Town of Wolfeboro, NH on a larger stormwater project, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
