Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Central NH Regional Planning Commission, to provide technical assistance to three local communities for the update of hazard mitigation plans, for a total amount of $15,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 18, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
