Authorize to retroactively amend an American Rescue Plan Act grant to the City of Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #69), by extending the completion date from February 14, 2025 to February 28, 2026, to make energy efficiency improvements to the wastewater treatment facility. Effective upon G&C approval. This is no cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
