Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement rehabilitation, guardrail improvements and drainage improvements on 1.8 miles of US Route 3 in Stratford, on the basis of a low bid of $2,277,200. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $227,720 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 12, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
