Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Connie’s Septic Service Inc., Bedford, NH, for the design, permitting, construction, start-up, and placement of a septic system replacement in service for the existing NHDOT rest area (I-89 southbound), in Sutton, on the basis of a low bid of $105,420. (2)Further authorize the amount of $8,400 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $113,820. Effective upon G&C approval through May 18, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
