Authorize to amend a Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan agreement with the City of Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #91) to increase the loan amount by $4,300,000, from $2,100,000 to $6,400,000, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 500 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds
