Description

Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a Use of Premises Agreement with Coos County for state owned property located in the Coos County Superior Courthouse, Lancaster, NH, for office space, in the amount of $154,369.56. Effective June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2015. 100% Agency Income (Rental Income / Court Facilities). (2)Further authorize to accept a gift from Coos County, with a value of $85,000, associated with renovations to the Courthouse for office space of the County Attorney.
