Description
Authorize to issue a warrant from funds not otherwise appropriated in the amount of $120,301 and the State Treasurer to issue checks in the amount of $120,300.64 to the rightful owners of abandoned or unclaimed funds. #12A Authorize the issuance of up to $80 million of Turnpike System Revenue Bonds, 2012 Refunding Series B (the “Bonds”), the State Treasurer is permitted to proceed with the sale and issuance of these Bonds through a competitive process, negotiated sale or private placement.
