Authorize to accept and expend a grant from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, in the amount of $985,141 for the purposes of establishing a Statewide Automated Victim Information and Notification Program. (2)Further authorize to enter into sub grants with the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Safety, in the total amount of $973,137 for the Statewide Victim Information and Notification Program, to support activities in the coordination and implementation of this statewide initiative. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2013. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
