Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Health Protection, Healthy Homes, and Environments Section, Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, to enter into an agreement with the City of Nashua, Division of Public Health and Community Services, Nashua, NH, to provide community based childhood lead poisoning case management and healthy homes activities, in an amount not to exceed $51,806. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
