(2)Further authorize to amend an agreement with Southeastern NH Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6- 23-10, item #134), to provide substance abuse treatment services, by decreasing the price by $127,519 from $2,978,040, to an amount not to exceed $2,850,521. Effective upon G&C approval. 20% Federal, 52% General, 28% Other (Highway) Funds.
