Description
Authorize to amend the existing allocation of $516,000 from the Office of Energy and Planning (originally approved by G&C on 4-14-10, item #36), for work to be accomplished as part of the ARRA – State Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program, by decreasing $7,000 in the remaining SFY 2012 administrative appropriations and increasing $7,000 in the grants federal appropriation. Effective upon G&C approval through March 20, 2012. 100% Transfer from Other Agencies (ARRA-SEEARP). Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on February 17, 2012.
