Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to enter into a Holdover amendment for up to two months with Gemini Investment Properties LLC, Nashua, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 2-7-07, item #97), for office space housing the Nashua area Vocational Rehabilitation staff comprised of 2,948 square feet, Nashua, NH, for an amount not to exceed $13,603.90. (2)Further authorize to amend the price to increase by $13,603.90 from $381,017.88 to $394,621.78. Effective March 1, 2012 through April 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
