Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a grant agreement with North Country Council, (originally approved by G&C on 5-11-11, item #68), by changing the scope of work and reduce the amount of funding by $10,000 from $25,000 to $15,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 9, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
