Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a contract with Jalbert Leasing Inc., Portsmouth, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 10-20-10, item #114), to rebuild five state-owned commuter coaches used in intercity bus service, by extending the completion date retroactively from December 31, 2011 to December 31, 2012. No Additional Funding.
