Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Newport, NH, for courtroom and office space for the 5th Circuit Newport District Division Courthouse comprised of approximately 8,658 square feet, Newport, NH, in an amount not to exceed $167,342.40. Effective February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2014. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
