Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Upp Technology, Downers Grove, IL, (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #119), to provide data integration and synchronization software upgrades to the State’s Integrated Resource Management System by increasing the price by $162,395 from $146,762.49 to an amount not to exceed $309,157.49. Effective upon G&C approval through December 30, 2015. 100% Other (Task Force for Global Health Grant) Funds. Division of Public Health Services
