Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Section, Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program, to exercise a contract renew and amend option with Community Action Program of Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-27-11, item #61), to provide administrative oversight for the implementation of the Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program in NH, by increasing the price by $198,256 from $92,116 to $290,372, and by extending the completion date to September 30, 2013, effective retroactive to October 1, 2011. 100% Federal Funds.
