Description
Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Healthy Eating and Physical Activity Section to amend an agreement with Southern NH Services Inc., Manchester, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 5-25-11, item #78), to provide Women, Infants and Children clinic improvements, updated health assessment equipment, and training costs, by increasing the price by $29,688 from $2,312,098 to $2,341,786. Effective February 1, 2012 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later. 100% Federal Funds.
