Description
Authorize an Allonge to the Promissory Note and amended loan agreement with Jacaro NH LLC (originally approved by G&C on 11-4-09, item B), by decreasing the amount of the loan from $112,000 to $96,647.75, which finalizes the amount used to finance with water system improvements project. Effective upon G&C approval. 50% ARRA, 50% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds (DWSRF) Repayment Funds.
