Description

Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to enter into a contract with New England Farm Workers’ Council, Springfield, MA, to provide youth services, employment, and training, in the greater Manchester Area, in an amount not to exceed $315,759. (2)Further authorize to make advanced monthly payments for services. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2012. 100% Transfer – Federal Funds.
