Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into an agreement with the Town of Bristol, to purchase a back-up power generator for the Bristol Fire Station / Emergency Operations Center, for a total amount of $11,075. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2012. 100% Federal Funds.
