Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a sole source agreement with the County of Sullivan, Newport, NH for an amount not to exceed $490,548 which will provide courtroom and office space comprised of 16,206 square feet for the Sullivan County Superior Court Superior Court and 5th Circuit – Probate Division – Newport Courthouse located at 14 Main Street, Newport, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2027. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies)
