Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with Lake Region Planning Commission, to provide planning assistance to three communities to update their local hazard mitigation plan, for a total amount of $15,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 18, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
