Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to amend a grant agreement with Southwest Region Planning Commission (originally approved by G&C on 5-11-11, item #62), by changing the scope of work and reduce the amount of required funding by $25,000 from $45,000 to $20,000. Effective upon G&C approval through September 9, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
