Description
TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Sununu, voted to table the request to enter into a sole source agreement with the Supreme Court of the State of NH, through the Administrative Office of the Courts, Concord, NH, for the continuation of the Marital Masters Program, in an amount not to exceed $2,752,330. Effective January 1, 2012 through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
