Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with JCM Code Specialists LLC, Alton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-19-21, item #7), for the continued provision of statewide construction and renovation plan review services for health facility and long-term compliance with various construction codes, including but not limited to Life Safety Codes, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $289,280 from $168,750 to $458,030 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. 47% Federal, 40% General, 13% Other Funds (Health Facilities Fees).
