Authorize to amend an existing contract with Foundation For Healthy Communities, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-13-16, item #6B), to increase the ability of hospital systems to address substance use disorders across all levels of care for NH residents experiencing addiction, by increasing the price by $400,000 from $5,549,000 to $5,949,000 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2023. 38.07% Federal, 7.73% General, 54.20% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission).
