Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Co., Inc., Bow, NH, for Interstate rehabilitation and pavement reconstruction on I-89, on the basis of a low bid of $29,800,003.92. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $2,086,000.27 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
