Authorize the State Council on the Arts to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Ingrid Pichler, Swampscott, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6-2-21, item #82), for creation of artwork for the Hampton Circuit Courthouse, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2022 with no change in the price. 100% Other Funds (Agency Income).
