Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Brookstone Builders Inc., Manchester, NH, for the repair leaks in Concrete Tunnel – Thayer Building, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $301,396. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2022. 100% Capital – General Funds. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $10,000 for unanticipated expenses, brining the total to $311,396. 100% Transfer from Other Agency. (3)Further authorize the amount of $18,983 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $330,379. 100% Transfer from Other Agency.
