Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement preservation in Districts 4 and 5, on the basis of a low bid of $3,954,653.75. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $197,732.69 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
