Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for resurfacing of four sections in District 6, on the basis of a low bid of $5,026,190.20. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $251,309.51 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
