Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for bridge replacement in Bedford, on the basis of a sole bid of $5,428,180.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $271,409.03 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 14, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
