Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to amend the existing contract with the Seacoast Science Center Inc., Rye, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-21-16, item #51), for Educational & Interpretive Center Management, by changing the scope of the contract to enable the SSC to raise monies through private, foundation, and public support to fund a capital renovation and expansion of the Science Center building and other investments in Odiorne Point State Park; and by extending the end date from December 20, 2026 to December 31, 2042.
