Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Sage Pursuits Inc., d/b/a Envision Technology Partners Inc., Greenwood Village, CO (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-20, item #14A), for enhancements to web-based Immunization Information System to support the COVID-19 pandemic, by increasing the price by $2,499,000 from $2,651,554 to $5,150,554 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective July 1, 2021 upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
