Description
Authorize to amend an existing cooperative project agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH (Informational Item #B, G&C 12-2-20), to continue providing technical assistance to individuals and service providers to address behavioral health needs of individuals affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide support for the 988 Planning Coalition in preparation for the launch of the statewide National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price by $150,000 from $147,990 to $297,990 and by extending the completion date from May 31, 2022 to May 31, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
